G&L Longkou Vermicelli

Longkou Vermicelli are thin, transparent ‘bean thread noodles/ glass noodles’, originating from Shandong, China. Traditionally made from pea starch, they are delicate in texture yet remain chewy and intact even after prolonged cooking. They are highly versatile, absorbing flavors well in stir- fries, cold salads, soups, and hotpots.
