Bean Curd Sheets, or tofu skin, have been used in Chinese and Japanese cuisine for centuries. The delicate sheets are made by cooking soy milk until a film forms on top. That film is then lifted off the soy milk and dried into sheets. The dried sheets must be rehydrated in water before use. Bean curd sheets are used in soups, stews, wraps and dim sum dishes. Our product uses non-GMO soybeans as the main ingredient, providing a high quality sheet that stays firm yet delicate.
